Where: Grizzly Peak Winery, 1600 E Nevada St. Ashland, OR 97520
When: August 27th at 3 pm
Is there adequate parking? There is plenty of parking, but we highly encourage carpooling and choosing a designated driver.
Is the venue handicap accessible? Yes, but our wedding will be spread out throughout the property. Please contact us if you have accessibility concerns.
How hot will it be? We anticipate it being VERY warm at our wedding. We will *hopefully* be providing individual fans for everyone. For those that are sun sensitive, we recommend wearing sunscreen, as the ceremony will be exposed to the sun. Our reception area will be in an oak grove. We anticipate having a short ceremony so our guests experience minimal discomfort from the sun.
What do I do if I'm lost? We will send out an email to the wedding listserve (generated when you RSVP) that will provide appropriate contact information for individuals who can assist you if you are lost.
Is this wedding family friendly? Yes! We are doing our best to ensure that our wedding will be as child friendly as possible.
What kind of food will be at the wedding? Mexican! La Tapitia will be catering a taco bar for us. Please indicate any allergies we need to be made aware of in your RSVP.
Will I need cash for the bar? No, although I'm sure our servers would appreciate tips. Michael & I have chosen to provide beer & wine at the wedding.
Do I need my ID if I am going to drink? The servers technically do have to check ID, so we would encourage bringing your ID just in case.
If I start enjoying my wine too much and do not feel safe to drive home, can I leave my car overnight? Yes! But you will need to come back the following morning to retrieve it.
Are high heels a good idea? NO! The entire event will be on soft lawn. We do not want any rolled ankles. Wedges, flats, and sandals are encouraged.
Is smoking allowed? Our venue is a non-smoking venue (both 420 and tobacco). Please respect the property and refrain from smoking during our wedding.
